🔁 Return & Exchange Policy | রিটার্ন ও এক্সচেঞ্জ নীতিমালা

English Version:

  1. Return/Exchange Time Limit:
    Products can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery (for online) or 2 days of purchase (for in-store), provided they are unused and in original condition.
  2. Conditions for Return/Exchange:
    • The product must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.
    • Original tags, box, and accessories must be intact.
    • Invoice or purchase proof must be shown.
    • For eyewear (eye glass/sunglass), lenses must not be scratched or altered.
    • Watches and clothing must not have any sign of wear.
  3. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Discounted or clearance sale items
    • Custom-made or prescription eyewear
    • Items damaged after delivery due to mishandling
  4. Refund Process:
    • Refunds are issued only if the product is defective or unavailable for replacement.
    • Refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
    • Bank or mobile banking charges are not refundable.

বাংলা সংস্করণ:

১. রিটার্ন/এক্সচেঞ্জ সময়সীমা:
অনলাইনে ডেলিভারি পাওয়ার ৩ দিনের মধ্যে অথবা শোরুম থেকে কেনার ২ দিনের মধ্যে পণ্য ফেরত বা পরিবর্তন করা যাবে, যদি পণ্যটি ব্যবহার না করা হয় এবং মূল অবস্থায় থাকে।

২. রিটার্ন/এক্সচেঞ্জের শর্ত:

  • পণ্যটি সম্পূর্ণ অক্ষত ও ব্যবহারবিহীন থাকতে হবে।
  • ট্যাগ, বক্স ও এক্সেসরিজসহ মূল অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে।
  • ক্রয়ের ইনভয়েস বা প্রমাণ দেখাতে হবে।
  • আইগ্লাস/সানগ্লাসের লেন্সে স্ক্র্যাচ বা পরিবর্তন থাকলে গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।
  • ঘড়ি ও পোশাকের ক্ষেত্রে কোনো ব্যবহারের চিহ্ন থাকা চলবে না।

৩. যে পণ্যগুলো রিটার্নযোগ্য নয়:

  • ডিসকাউন্ট/ক্লিয়ারেন্স সেলের পণ্য
  • কাস্টম বা পাওয়ার গ্লাস
  • ডেলিভারির পর গ্রাহকের অসাবধানতায় ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য

৪. রিফান্ড পদ্ধতি:

  • শুধুমাত্র পণ্য ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা রিপ্লেসমেন্ট না থাকলে রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে।
  • রিফান্ড সম্পন্ন হবে ৭–১০ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে, মূল পেমেন্ট মেথডে।
  • ব্যাংক বা মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং চার্জ ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
